1.H-Shaped Structure: Composed of two horizontal beams and two longitudinal beams, the H-shaped structure minimizes mechanical deformation, ensuring high compressive strength and durability.
2. Two sets(large and small) pressure sensors, can detect a minimum force of 1 pound.
3.Industry-leading stroke accuracy, up to μ-level, with true distance feedback.
4.Servo Motor Drive: Full closed-loop control enables real-time monitoring of pressure, distance, and speed. This allows precise control of the press head's position and speed, enabling highly accurate and controllable crimping and effectively preventing over- and under-pressure.
5.PC Control: A touchscreen display provides exceptionally convenient human-machine interaction. Extremely simple programming and an intelligent settings database allow for precise control of crimping accuracy through parameter settings. Product changes require no hardware adjustments.
6.Production Traceability System: SPC data ensures the quality and traceability of each crimp, with data collection, display, and printing. The automatic pressure curve storage and analysis software package provides comprehensive data management for the crimping process.
7.Various crimping technologies: PFT, PHT, CAT , FST, and other work control modes enable precise crimping.
